If you believe that we have supplied you with an item that is not as advertised (i.e. incorrect item dimensions, incorrect colour or model variance), or is of lessened quality, please submit a warranty form with all relevant details. If your claim is approved, and your claim meets the criteria below, all expenses (including freight) will be refunded to you in full.

CONDITIONS

You MUST notify Australian Direct within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and the item MUST be returned in a new, unused condition, complete with all original packaging.
Any items that are returned with missing accessories or stock included parts may incur a 15% fee to be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of replacing these items.

PROCESS

  1. Submit a warranty form
  2. Australian Direct will supply you with pre-paid return labels via email
  3. Attach the return labels and send your item back
  4. Email Australian Direct to confirm you have sent the item back
  5. Once received and inspected, receive confirmation from Australian Direct that your refund has been processed.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items that leave our warehouse or our manufacturers premises are adequately packed and sent in good working condition.

If you receive an item with visibly damaged packaging:

  1. Please REFUSE delivery and request the delivery company take it back.
  2. (If you are unable to do this or the driver refuses to take the item back, please contact Australian Direct ASAP)
  3. Complete and submit the relevant warranty form within 48 hours.

Australian Direct will aim to contact you within 1-2 business days regarding your claim. Please ensure you do not attempt to use the damaged goods in any way before further instruction from Australian Direct.
