Any missing returned items will be deducted from the total refund amount. Any used or damaged items might be rejected and may result in an additional 15% handling fee. We encourage customers to use shipping services that provide full tracking as Australian Direct will not cover for any return shipping, insurance or lost return charges.

  • Contact us and send it back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full replacement or refund.
  • We will issue a return authorisation number (RMA) which is valid for 7 days.
  • You will be asked to send the goods in as new condition and its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • After the goods have been received, checked and found to be in good working order, a refund/replacement will be issued to the account/address of the original purchase. Delivery fees are at customers expense.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items that leave our warehouse or our manufacturers premises are adequately packed and sent in good working condition.

If you receive an item with damaged packaging please do the following :

  • DO NOT accept and sign off on the item and ask the delivery company to take it back.
  • If you do accept clearly damaged packaging, Australian Direct will not be liable for refunds/replacements.
  • Contact and advise Australian Direct of the damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.

If you receive a faulty item with non-damaged packaging:

  • Contact and advise Australian Direct of the damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery. Later notice may result in liability issues.
  • Our support team will guide you through a troubleshooting. 99% of faulty item related calls can be solved over the phone.
  • If it is a genuine fault, Australian Direct will assess the damage and issue a return authorisation number (if applicable) to ensure minimal inconvenience for you.
  • Keep all original packaging and accessories and include a delivery consignment note.
