Please be aware that our products are often shipped from different locations. If you order two different items they may arrive in separate shipments.
Australian Direct is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.
Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to Australian Direct due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm AEST) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
Please do not use P.O. Box addresses. Most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery. It is of the utmost importance that we are provided with a contact telephone number for delivery purposes.
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. For some extremely remote locations Australian Direct reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees depending on customers location. On the rare occasion that this may occur, we will contact you directly and you will have the option to pay the additional shipping or cancel your transaction.
If you live in a Rural Area,N.T, W.A or Tasmania delays can occur due to a variety of factors out of our control please try to understand this.
Items are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment is cleared, unless otherwise notified. The usual delivery time once your order has been shipped is 3-7 days to most metropolitan areas but has taken up to two weeks for regional areas. Once an order is shipped any tracking information is usually provided via email. It is the Buyers responsibility to provide a correct delivery address, and ensure someone is available to accept delivery, Re-Deliveries will not be provided.
