Please be aware that our products are often shipped from different locations. If you order two different items they may arrive in separate shipments.
Orders are sent either by Australia Post, Australia Post eParcel, Star Track Express, Direct Frieght Express or Toll IPEC depending on your location and the size/weight of the item. The usual delivery time once your order has been shipped is 3-5 days to most metropolitan areas but has taken up to two weeks for regional areas. If you need items during holiday periods please understand that shipping delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please do not use P.O. Box addresses. Most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery. It is of the utmost importance that we are provided with a contact telephone number for delivery purposes.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise notified.
