Boards, Panels & Boxes

12V Batteries are great for storing power but when it comes to accessing this power for your 12V appliances such as fridges, compressors, lights etc. it can be a pain in the ***!

Instead of needing to alligator clip or hard wire each of your accessories to your battery every time you want to use them this range of products allows you to power one or multiple 12V devices from one place via a range of common 12V socket types.

By installing one of these power boards/boxes/panels in your vehicle you will only ever have to hard wire once for all your devices.

There are a variety of units here with a variety of different combinations of sockets, these include;
  • Cigarette Lighter Power Socket: This is your regular 12V connection found in your vehicle, used for powering 12V devices which come with a cigarette lighter plug.
  • Merit/Hella Power Socket: These are similar to your cigarette lighter socket but has a much more stable connection and is also used for powering 12V devices which are supplied with Merit power plugs.
  • Anderson Sockets: These are a common 12V connection usually found on portable dual battery systems, solar panels etc.
  • Engel Sockets: These are your standard sockets used to power 12V portable fridges.
  • USB Sockets: Can be used to charge your smart phones, iPods, tablets or any other appliances which charge via USB cords.
Some of these products also come with voltmeters and ammeters which display the amount of charge you have left in your battery or battery bank and how much current your 12V devices are drawing, respectively.
