Description
Victron BMV-602 Data Link RS232 with Software
This package combined with the Victron BMV602 Battery Monitor enables you to connect your battery monitor to your computer for processing, logging and graphing data.
The data link kit includes a communications cable (galvanically isolated), a converter and the Data-Link software.
Once your set up you will be able to download and process just about any aspect of your battery and system performance, including charge and discharge curves.
You can also connect the BMV602 to your Global Remote. This connection allows the Global Remote to log data from the monitor to a website through a GPRS connection. Use of this website is free of charge.
This package combined with the Victron BMV602 Battery Monitor enables you to connect your battery monitor to your computer for processing, logging and graphing data.

Hardware Requirements:
- A BMV-602 with software version 2.03 or higher.
- A spare RS-232 COM port. If there are no available RS-232 COM ports, a USB to serial converter may be used. These can be purchased from Victron Energy (part number ASS030200000). Please note that Victron Energy cannot guarantee compatibility with other models of USB to serial converter.
- Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or higher.
- Microsoft .NET framework V3.5. Most computers should already have the latest .Net framework installed. However, the installer can be found on this CD (“\Thirdparty\dotNetFx35Setup.exe”), or downloaded from www.microsoft.com.
