The innovative Duoetto water heater is the first unit of its kind in the Australian RV, Caravan, Camping & Marine market.

Australian designed, Duoetto offers selectable temperatures between 30-75ºC so that you can shower & wash your dishes anytime.

Automatic sensors allow switching to 12V when mains power is not available, enabling the Duoetto to deliver ample hot water in remote areas or when free camping.

The Duoetto is designed specifically for the Caravan, Camper Trailer, Marine and RV market. Featuring a Stainless Steel Tank and high-density insulation, the ruggedly compact Duoetto will cost you much less and take the headache out of  gearing up for hot water.

Can I mount the hot water system inside my Caravan?

Yes in fact you can mount it almost anywhere the Duoetto can be mounted in any position and is also rated Waterproof: IPX4 which indicates protection against the ingress of water & a splash proof design.

Can I use my Duoetto to shower?

Yes you can! Simply mix your hot water with approx.1/3 cold water via a mixer tap and you will have approximately 30 litres of shower water which is more than enough for a good shower.

Can I store the unit in a non-ventilated area, such as under a bed?

Yes. The Duoetto is completely sealed it means that the batteries do not require a ventilated area. This means the Duoetto is the perfect system to have stored in an ‘out of the way’ area such as under a sink in a caravan.

My Duoetto has suddenly stopped working, is there a quick fix for this issue?

The heater may simply need resetting, the reset button is accessible through the side service hatch on the side of the unit.

       

Installation is easy: From the Isolator pictured above attach the RED wire to the (+ Positive) terminal of your main battery, the Black Wire needs to be attached to an earth.

Then simply plumb the cold water supply into the Blue line in and the Red hot water out to your hot water tap or mixer tap.

You are finished!

Bracket Disclaimer:

The brackets supplied with this unit are only to be used as a positional hanging support for the water heater. They are not designed to be used as the sole support to withstand the load of a full tank, especially when installed in a moving vehicle. It is recommended when installing the unit to have additional supporting mechanisms in the form of additional brackets or other supporting structures. These additional supports should not be located in the local vicinity of either the inlet or outlet as this may result in the premature onset of leaking.
