Thumper Extreme Battery Pack 80Ah

The new range of Thumper Extreme Battery packs reinvent the dual battery system with greater Ah capacity, volt and amp meters, LED indicators and many more exciting features.

Thumper Extreme is the ultimate dual battery system! With it's new extreme cycle heavy duty battery, designed for use with heavy draw appliances or continual discharge of appliances to a low capacity (10.5V), it is perfect for powering your fridge, 12V accessories or jump starting your vehicle.

As well as the original voltmeter the extreme range includes an amp meter which displays both discharge and recharge voltage of any outlet socket (excluding the 175A Anderson) so you can monitor both the current being drawn from the unit as well as the current being put back in from a solar panel for example.

Also new with the extreme range is the LED indicator which when green indicates above 50% charge, orange shows below 11.9V and flashing red indicates either overcharge or excessive discharge.

The 80Ah unit has the capability to jumpstart a 10L diesel motor with the included 1.2m heavy duty jumper leads
with Anderson connection.

This model is capable of running your fridge for 3 - 4 days and recharge in 2.5 - 3.5 hours using the 50A Anderson
Charge Kit with Isolator (included).

Internal circuit breakers feature an auto reset function.

The charging kit and battery, when installed properly to your vehicle, will provide an additional 100A to your main starting battery boosting the vehicle's starting power. If the starting battery requires additional amperage to start the thumper system will automatically disconnect the thumper to protect any internal wiring from overloading.

All Thumpers are made in South Australia, fully serviceable and come with a massive 2 year warranty.

How to Install the in vehicle charge kit:

Installation is easy: From the Isolator attach the RED wire to the (+ Positive) terminal of your main battery, the Black Wire needs to be attached to the body of your vehicle or the earth terminal on you battery.

The BLACK wire goes to the accessories switch or wire, this is the one that makes your radio etc, turn on when you switch on the ignition. (If you don't know where this is an easy solution is to install everything else then take your vehicle to the local Auto Electrician who will wire it in for you which is a very very simple job for them and shouldn't cost more than $20.

Run the long run of cable to the back of your vehicle or wherever you want the Thumper Battery mount the socket & plug your Thumper Battery into the hella socket.

Plug in your fridge into the Thumper.
